Obituary

Mr. Addison Floyd Hilliard, 91, of Huntingdon passed away Sunday, July 30, 2017 at Regency Retirement Village in Jackson.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church in Huntingdon Bro. Russ Wilkins will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Thursday at the First Baptist Church from 10:00 AM until time of service.

Mr. Hilliard was born March 10, 1926 in Carroll County, Tennessee to the late Albert Alexander and Nancy Lera (McCord) Hilliard. He was a retired Accountant for the Continental Grain Company, a member of the First Baptist Church where he had served as a Sunday School Teacher and a Deacon, and was a WWII Navy Veteran. He also was a member of the Ruritan Club and the American Legion. He was also preceded in death by his wife Erin Jeanette Hilliard and his twin brother, Albert Lloyd Hilliard.

He is survived by a daughter, Ruth Daniel of Jackson; a son, Phillip Hilliard (JoAnne) of McHenry, Illinois. He also leaves three grandchildren, Meredith Erlandson, Ryan Erlandson, and Mallory Hilliard, and three great grandchildren.
