Mrs. Alice Jean Walker, 84 of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Saturday, November 10, 2018 at the Life Care Center in Bruceton.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, November 12, 2018 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in the Barr Springs Cemetery.  Bro. Billy Ringold will officiate the service.

Pallbearers who will serve are Jeremy Walker, Kevin Meggs, Tim Meggs, Wes Walker, Wil Walker, Dwight Reynolds, Dwayne Reynolds, Glenn Pritchard, and Clint Pritchard.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Sunday from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Monday from 9:00 AM until time of service.

Mrs. Walker was born December 11, 1933 in Bucksnort, Tennessee to the late Turner Hobson and Mary Elizabeth (Waugh) Todd.  She was a retired factory worker for Publix Shirt Corporation, and a member of the Clarksburg Church of Christ.  She got her GED in 1989, at the age of 55.  She was also preceded in death by five brothers, Lois Todd, Ed Todd, Bug Todd, Hulon Todd, Jimmy Todd, two sisters, Merline Tubbs, Ava Smothers, and one son-in-law, Jerry Pruitt.

She is survived by her husband of 70 years this month, Bill Walker, four daughters, Judy Reynolds (Stanley), Janean Meggs (Randy), Susan Pruitt, all of Huntingdon, Merline Pritchard (Jimmy) of Clarksburg, three sons, Robert Earl Walker (Gail), Billy Walker (Rita) both of Wildersville, Matt Walker (Diana) of Huntingdon, one sister, Linda Burcham (Jim) of Bruceton and one brother, Robert Todd (Robbie) of Huntingdon.  She also leaves 22 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 11 great great-grandchildren.
