Mrs. Annis May (Cox) Blankenship, 98, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2019, at Huntingdon Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Atkins officiating the service. Interment will follow in the Clark Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Friday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM and on Saturday from 10:00 AM until time of service.

Pallbearers who will serve are Will Radford, Don Mullins, Jason Sides, Tim Smith, Nathan Smith and Ramiro Iniguez.

Mrs. Blankenship was born June 17, 1920 in Middleton, Tennessee, to the late Neal Cox and Annie Sparks Cox. She was a homemaker, did seamstress work for several years and was lifelong Methodist. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Royal "R.A" Blankenship, a daughter, Lucy Mullins, a son. James K. Sides, two brothers, Alex Cox, Joe Neal Cox, and two sisters, Evie Elizabeth Bryant, Freddie Cox.

She is survived by one daughter, Linda Radford (Robert Gus) of Huntingdon, six grandchildren, Deborah Sides, Jason Sides, Elizabeth Radford, Will Radford, Angie Smith, Don Mullins. She also leaves ten great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
