Obituary

Mrs. Bessie Kyle 89, of Cedar Grove, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at her home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Hampton Cemetery. Bro. Dennis Abernathy will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Wednesday after 6:00 PM and on Thursday from 10:00 AM until time of service.

Mrs. Kyle was born May 20, 1923 in Perry County, Tennessee to the late Onlia J. Hinson and Edna (McDonald) Hinson. She was a homemaker and she joined the Primitive Baptist Church on September 8, 1946 in Perry County and moved her membership to Mud Creek Church in September 27, 1964. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Elmer Lee Kyle who passed away on January 17, 2013, two sisters, Bertha Hinson, Betty Hinson Bost and two brothers, John Riley Hinson and Joe Hinson.

She is survived by one daughter, Vivian Kyle Barber (Dwayne) of Sulphur Springs, Arkansas, one son, Gayle Kyle (Lynda) of Cedar Grove and two sisters, Beulah Hinson of Hohenwald and Bell Hinson of Humboldt. She also leaves five grandchildren, Greg Barber, David Barber, Kim Rogers, Clint Kyle and Slade Kyle, nine great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
