Mrs. Betty Butler, 90, of Buena Vista, Tennessee passed away Thursday, December 26, 2024, at Lifecare Center of Bruceton.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, December 30, 2024 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Bro. Jeff Bryant will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Monday from 10:00 A.M. until time of service.

Pallbearers who will serve are Michael Butler, Nick Coomer, Casey Smith, John David Bond, Terry Hollingsworth, and Stephen Smith.

Mrs. Butler was born May 4, 1934 in Buena Vista, Tennessee to the late Albert Allen and Vonnell (White) Allen. She was a member of the Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by her husband James Bernard Butler, and two brothers, Jerry Allen and Charles Allen.

She is survived by three daughters, Wanda Wyatt (husband Barney) of Buena Vista, Anita Bond (husband David) and Carol Ortiz (husband Hector) both of Bruceton; two sons, James Butler (wife Cathy) of Bruceton, Michael Butler of New Johnsonville, and a brother Jackie Allen She also leaves eleven grandchildren, Amy, Casey, John David, Melissa, April, Daniel, Jamie, Bridget, Chelsea, Caroline, and Kessa, thirteen great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
