Mrs. Betty Forrest,76, of Huntingdon, passed away Friday, March 15, 2024, at her home.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 18, at 1:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. L.C. Hollingsworth officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty All Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Sunday from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and on Monday from 10:00 A.M. until time of service.

Pallbearers who will serve are Hunter Chaney, Richie Chaney, Brian McCaslin, Mark Pearson, Tim Page, and Arthur Bryant.

Mrs. Forrest was born January 22, 1948, in Huntingdon, to the late Woodrow Wilson and Vernie Mae (Tubbs) Edwards.  She was a homemaker.  She was also preceded in death by a son, Ronald Medlock, a grandson, Shawn Patterson Bradley, a sister, Joyce Copeland, and a brother, Jody Edwards.

She is survived by three daughters, Lynda Medlock, of McKenzie, Tiffany Chaney, and Marsha Michelle Forrest, both of Huntingdon, two sons, Marvin Forrest of Huntingdon, and Jackie Forrest of Hollow Rock. She also leaves eleven grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
