Mrs. Betty Jo Maynard 85, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Thursday, October 10, 2013 at her home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, October 13, 2013 at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Prospect Cemetery. Bro. Randy Lainhart and Bro. Bobby Jackson will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Saturday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Sunday from 2:00 PM until time of service.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made to the Baptist Hospice Huntingdon.

Mrs. Maynard was born June 30, 1928 in Delbarton, West Virginia to the late Wallace and Polly Mae (Spaulding) Parsley. She was a homemaker and a member of the Heaven Sent Church in Bruceton. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Harold Maynard; one son, Donald Justice; a granddaughter, Tabitha Riley; two sisters, Lillian Marcum, Ella Danko and one brother, Howard Parsley.

She is survived by two daughters, Cathy Shaw (husband Michael) of Lancaster, Ohio, Shelly Beard (husband Art) of McKenzie and two sons, Wayne "Reece" Justice (wife Paulette) of Huntingdon and Kent Justice (wife Wanda) of Wildersville. She also leaves six grandchildren, six great grandchildren, four nieces and three nephews. Special thanks to Baptist Hospice Huntingdon, especially Star Martino.
