Mrs. Betty Welsh, 83, of Bruceton, Tennessee passed away Friday, December 16, 2022 at Lifecare Center of Bruceton – Hollow Rock.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Pastor Rhonda Crawford officiating. Burial will follow in Prospect Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Monday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Tuesday from 9:00 AM until time of the service.

Mrs. Welsh was born February 6, 1939 in Hollow Rock to the late Murray Gordon Ford and Dorothy Mae (Herrin) Ford. She worked for many years at Central High School.

She is survived by her husband Richard Welsh, a son, Chris Welsh (Anne-Maree) of Hollow Rock, a sister, Katie Lou Arnold of Bruceton, two brothers, Jimmy Ford (Susan) of Hollow Rock and Eli Ford (Lois) of Bruceton. She also leaves two grandchildren Jon-Austin Welsh and Ana-Kate Welsh.
