Mr. William "Bill" Larry Byrd, 79, of Cedar Grove, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at his home.

Memorial services will be conducted on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at 12:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home.

Mr. Byrd was born June 19, 1937 in Henderson County, Tennessee to the late William Craig and Leone (Barr) Byrd. He was a retired Self Employed Flooring Installer and a member of the Love and Truth Church in Jackson. He was also preceded in death by three sisters.

He is survived by his wife, Judi Byrd; two daughters, Lea Washington (Wesley) and Cindy Filas (John); five sons, Zack Byrd, Bill Byrd, Mike Byrd (Diane), Scott Byrd, and David Byrd; four sisters and five brothers. He also leaves twelve grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
