Mr. Billy Carnell, 92, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Saturday, January 18, 2025 at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 21, 2025 in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Andrew Stokes officiating the service. Burial will follow in Roans Creek Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Monday from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and on Tuesday from 11:00 A.M. until time of the service.

Mr. Carnell was born March 14, 1932 in Clarksburg, Tennessee to the late Edward Allen Carnell and Ludie Edna (Spain) Carnell. He was a retired Maintenance Supervisor for Tennessee Dept. of Transportation, He also held that title for Carroll County as well as working in car sales for Dillahunty Ford and B & B Motors. He was also a member of Roans Creek Church of Christ. Other than his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Louise Horn and a son, Dennis Allen Carnell

He is survived by his wife Dorothy Carnell, a son, Donald L. Carnell (Becky) of Horn Lake, Mississippi, a step son, Danny Ray Mitchell (Pat) of Trezevant, seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren
