Billy Gene Crews' Obituary
Mr. Billy Gene Crews, 78 of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Sunday March 20, 2016 at his home.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in McAuley Cemetery.
The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Wednesday from 9:00 AM until time of service.
Mr. Crews was born July 1, 1937 in Carroll County, Tennessee to the late Elmer L. and Ila Colene (James) Crews. He was a retired Labor Department Inspector for the State of Tennessee, a member of the Huntingdon First Pentecostal Church, and he served in the United States Army.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Joyce Crews; two brother in laws, Roscoe Williams and Anthony Williams all of Huntingdon. He also leaves nieces, Jackie Streetman and Amanda Williams; Nephews, Johnny Ray Williams, Harlan Williams, William Williams, and Greg Williams and several great nieces and nephews.
