Mr. Billy Gooch, of Westport, Tennessee passed away Monday, January 20, 2025 at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at 10:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Scott Carter officiating. Burial will follow in New Hope Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and from 8:00 A.M. until time of service.

Pallbearers will be Dylan Gooch, Jacob Gooch, Trevor Gooch, Tyler Gooch, Shawn Gooch, Trent Gooch.

Mr. Gooch was born on May 24, 1934 to the late J.F. Gooch and Cleo (Hopper) Gooch. He worked as a Farmer and as a carpenter.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Martha Gooch, three sons, Jeffray Gooch (Angie) of Westport, Jason Gooch of Westport, and Javin Gooch (Tiffany) of Jackson, two sisters, June Murphy of Clarksburg and Sue Hollowell of Yuma, eleven grandchildren, Shawn Gooch, Candace Gooch-Ward (Jeffery), Dylan Gooch (Alex), Tyler Gooch (Michaela), Trent Gooch, Trevor Gooch (Taylor), Shawnee Strand (Tristan), Meagan Gooch, Jacob Gooch, McKenna Gooch, Courtney Gooch, he also leaves behind eight great-grandchildren, Calie Gooch, Jeffray Ron Gooch, Lachlan Gooch, Luke Gooch, Lorena Gooch, Henry Gooch, Ozzy Gooch, and Harper Gooch.
