Mr. Bobby Meggs, 86, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Sunday, February 9, 2025 at 1:00 PM with Bro. Martin Godwin officiating. Burial will follow in Davis Chapel Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Saturday from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. and on Sunday from 11:00 A.M. until time of service.

Mr. Meggs was born July 3, 1938 in Lexington, Tennessee to the late Lonnie and Ola Patterson Meggs. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Johnny Meggs, Wayne Meggs and Ray Meggs.

He is survived by his wife, Ruby Meggs, three daughters, Karen Williams (James) of McLemoresville, Christy Trevathan (Keith) of Huntingdon and Jennifer Eason (Steven) of McKenzie, a son Tony Meggs of Cedar Grove, two step sons, Bobby Carroll of Huntingdon and Jerry Carroll of Milan, two sisters, Debbie Bunn (Darrell) of McKenzie and Sara Glisson of Huntingdon, a brother, Randy Meggs (Jenean) of Huntingdon, four grandchildren, Ashley Futrell, Heather Mysinger, Amber Eason and Christopher Eason, two step grandchildren, Kaitlyn Wales and Cody Carroll, six great grandchildren, Brycen Futrell, Anzleigh Futrell, Buckley Futrell, Ada Mysinger, Easton Rawls and Addilee Mysinger, and two step great grandchildren, Owen Wales and Klaire Wales.
