Mr. Bobby D. Patterson, 79 of Hollow Rock, Tennessee passed away Thursday, April 27, 2023 at the Camden Health Care and Rehabilitation Center.

Funeral services will be will be conducted on Friday, May 5, 2023, at 1:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Sam Singleton officiating. Interment to follow in New Prospect Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Friday from 10:00 A.M. until time of service.

Mr. Patterson was born April 13, 1944, in Hollow Rock, to the late Author Lee and Mary Minniebell Smothers Patterson. He was an Army veteran and a construction worker for the TVA. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann Patterson, five brothers, Leon Patterson, Billy Patterson, Charles Patterson, James Patterson, and Jeffrey Patterson and three sisters, Christine Hilliard, Carol Hopper, and Geneva Bailey.

He is survived by a daughter, Melissa Patterson, of Princeton, Indiana, two brothers, Danny Patterson, Ricky Patterson, both of Huntingdon, a half-brother, Justin Douglas and a granddaughter, Shawnda Fuller.
