Mrs. Bonnie Lou Boyd Davidson 78, of Memphis, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at the St. Francis Hospital in Memphis.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Palmer Shelter Cemetery. Bro. Larry McKenzie and Bro. Dan Winkler will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Friday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Saturday from 8:00 AM until time of service

Pallbearers who will serve are Bryne Shifflett, Jerry Grissom, David Terry, Laron Pendergrass, Leslie Pendergrass and Landon Pendergrass. Honorary Pallbearer, Bill Byars.

Mrs. Davidson was born May 10, 1936 in Carroll County, Tennessee to the late Odell and Iva Jane (Hood) Boyd. She was a receptionist and bookkeeper for Riviana Foods and a member of the Highland Street Church of Christ. She was also preceded in death by an aunt, Estelle Boyd.

She is survived by one daughter, Linda Gurley (husband Shawn) of Corinth, Mississippi; two sons, Kenneth Davidson (wife Kathy) of Arlington, Ronald Davidson of Norfork, England; two sisters, Jean Pendergrass (husband Ross) and Betty Byars (husband Bill) both of Huntingdon. She also leaves nine Grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
