Mrs. Brooxie Nell Kirk, 81, of Cedar Grove, Tennessee passed away Thursday, June 22, 2017 at Henry County Healthcare Center in Paris.

Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, June 25, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Bro. Bud Ricketts will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Saturday from 5:00 PM to 8:00PM and on Sunday from 9:00AM until time of service.

Mrs. Kirk was born April 4, 1936 in McLemoresville, Tennessee to the late Ty Cobb and Neva Lee (Fletcher) Sutton. She was retired from the Milan Arsenal. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Geraldine Breeden and a brother, Odie Sutton.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Bobby Kirk of Cedar Grove; a daughter, Gina Grant of Huntingdon; a son, Kevin Bradley Kirk (Kathy) of Jackson; two sisters, Phyllis Jarrett of Huntingdon and Loretta Smith (Brent) of McLemoresville. She also leaves six grandchildren, Jay Grant, Josh Grant, Kody Kirk, Kory Kirk, Brad Smith, and Trina Bennett, and one great grandchild, Cadienz Woodard.
