Mrs. Carol Jean Bauman, 62 of Jackson, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, March 31, 2021, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

The family will be having a memorial service that will be held at 4:00 PM Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Obion Chapel Church of Christ  9875 Old Stage Road Huntingdon, TN 38344. In Lieu of flowers donations may be directed to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.

Mrs. Bauman was born August 28, 1958 in Huntingdon, Tennessee, to the late J. L. Taylor and Sadie (Goodrum) Taylor.  She was a pre school teacher and a member of the Vineyard Church in Milan.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Brett Bauman, one daughter, Billie Jean Perry, one son, Willy Wood, both of McKenzie, two sisters, Jan Hollowell of Huntingdon, Kay Ellis of Bruceton, and one brother, Jimmy Taylor of Huntingdon.  She also leaves four grandchildren, Hannah Harris, Bryce Phillips, Celeste Phillips, and Summer Brown.
