Mrs. Carolyn Parker Gooch, 76 of Wildersville, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, April 22, 2021, at her home.

Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at 1:00 PM at Bible Hill Cemetery in Cedar Grove.  Pastor Anthony Gordon will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM and at Bible Hill Missionary Baptist Church on Wednesday from 11:00 AM until the graveside service at 1:00 PM.

Mrs. Gooch was born May 27, 1944, in Huntingdon, Tennessee, to the late Effie Parker and Ollie (Hart) Parker.  She worked for H. I. S. Company as a production worker and was a member of Bible Hill Missionary Baptist Church, in Cedar Grove.  Other than her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband of 56 Years, Mr. Thomas Gooch, one sister, Carrie Pearson (L.A.)

She is survived by one daughter, Kimberly Gooch of Wildersville, two sons, Jeffery Gooch of Lexington, Timothy L. Gooch, Sr., of Yuma and one sister, Daisy Mcloyd (Charles) of Spring Valley, New York.  She also leaves four grandchildren, LaCosta Gooch of Camden, Adria Gooch of Jackson, Kendra Gooch of Wildersville, Timothy L. Gooch, Jr. of Yuma, and one great grandson, Jacolby Hart of Jackson.
