Mrs. Carolyn Hamilton, 90 of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Monday, October 9, 2023 at her home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at 2:00 PM.  Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Thursday from 10:00 AM until time of service.

Mrs. Hamilton was born July 31, 1933, in Christmasville, Tennessee to the late Henry and Hazel (Horton) Reynolds. She was a business owner of several convenient stores, including Stop and Shop in Huntingdon, and a member of First Baptist Church Huntingdon. One of her favorite things was spending the winters in Florida. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Joe Thomas Hamilton, a son; Joe David Hamilton, and a grandson, Chad Ray Kee.

She is survived by two daughters, Brenda Ray (Gerald) of Huntingdon and Debbie Kee (Tony) of Florida. She also leaves five grandchildren; Betty Jaskolka (Mark), Sharon Thornton (Robert), Ashley Hastings (Hunter), Alex Hamilton (Jennifer) and Hunter Hamilton and eight great
grandchildren.
