Carolyn Joyce Newbill's Obituary
Mrs. Carolyn Joyce Newbill 82, of McKenzie, Tennessee passed away Friday, September 12, 2014 at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Huntingdon.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, September 15, 2014 at 10:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Union Academy Cemetery.
The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room at Chase Funeral Home on Sunday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Monday from 8:00 AM until time of service.
Ms. Newbill was born November 13, 1931 in Carroll County, Tennessee, to the late Joe and Vivian Opal (Hall) Newbill. She was a member of the Union Academy Missionary Baptist Church and retired from Publix Shirt, Corp. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Newbill, two brothers, Richard Newbill and Jerrell Newbill.
She is survived by her son, James Hubert Newbill of McKenzie, two brothers, Giles Newbill (wife Mable) of Huntingdon, and Terry Newbill of Trezevant. She also leaves three grandchildren.
