Mrs. Cathey Ellis Edwards, 54 of Hollow Rock, Tennessee passed away Sunday, February 21, 2016 at the St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville.
In lieu of flowers and gifts the family asks that donation be made to Chase Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be conducted Thursday, February 25, 2016 at 11:30 AM at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Camden.
The family will receive friends in the Oakwood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Thursday from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM.
Mrs. Edwards was born April 7, 1961 in Chicago, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph "Jody" Mack Edwards and her father, Arlon Ellis.
She is survived by one daughter, Leigh Anne Gaston (Bryce) of McKenzie; one step daughter, Stella Louise Sigger (Jimmy) of Huntingdon; her mother, Ethel Ellis; one brother, Larry Ellis both of Hollow Rock; two sister in laws, Betty Lou Edwards Forrest and Joyce Marie Edwards Copeland. She also leaves three grandchildren, Christina Gaston, Morgan Thomas, and Rachael Thomas.
