Charles (Charlie) L. Faith passed away on February 11, 2025, in Cedar Grove, Tennesse. He was born on December 31, 1946, in Robinson, Illinois, to the late Charles R and Fern Faith.

Charlie dedicated over 30 years to his work as a welder. Outside of his profession, he found joy in running trotlines on the Wabash River, Shark fishing in the Gulf of Mexico, Crappie fishing in Lake Okeechobee, to Peakcock Bass fishing in Dade County. He also enjoyed reading, watching westerns, and spending time with family and friends.

Charlie is survived by his devoted wife of 59 years, Rose Faith; his sister Barbara Alexander; his son, Doug (Jerri) Faith; his daughter, Shannon (David) James. He was a proud grandfather to Andrew (Samantha) James, Katlyn James, Dalton Faith, and Derek Faith, as well as a great-grandfather to Raegan, Adelynn, Chris, Waylon, and Jiraiya. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

He was preceded in death by sibling Betty Alspach, Reta Kay Lambert, Sue Alspach, and Raymond Faith.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Charlie on March 2, 2025 at the Flat Rock Community Center, Flat Rock, Illinois from 2pm to 4pm.
