Obituary

Mr. Charles Harlan McDaniel, 76 of McKenzie, Tennessee passed away Monday, July 23, 2012, at his home.

The family request no flowers be sent due to transporting to Illinois.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at 7:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in the Chapel Hill Gardens West in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.

The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4:00 PM until time of service.

Mr. McDaniel was born May 14, 1936 to the late Mannie Fred McDaniel and Ivy Myrtle (Carroll) McDaniel, in Henry County, Tennessee. He was a retired factory worker for Plochman Mustard Company and a member of New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Henry County. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Audrey McDaniel, four brothers, James Jake McDaniel, Eddie Lee McDaniel, Carol Foster McDaniel, Robert Elihu McDaniel, two sisters, Annie Frances McDaniel and Mary Lou Sills Brummitt.

He is survived by one step daughter, Jewel Boniakowski of Illinois, one step son, Charles Nicholson of McKenzie, three sisters, Ivy Nell Quinn of Greenfield, Sarah Mae Wallace of Clarksville, Betty Sue Burcham of Kentucky, and one brother, Willie Joe McDaniel of McKenzie.He also leaves four grandchildren, Rick, Ron, Scott, Mark, four great-grandchildren, Tesla, Angela, Kasandra and Elijah.
