Mrs. Charlotte Diane Brisendine, 78 of Huntingdon, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, February 13, 2022, at her daughter's home in Horn Lake, Mississippi.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, February 18, 2022 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Thursday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Friday from 11:00 AM until time of service.

Mrs. Brisendine was born June 1, 1943 in Sunflower County, Mississippi to the late Elzie Lee and Lavelle (McDaniel) Sanders.  She worked as an export supervisor for Allenburg Cotton.  Other than her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Ralph Brisendine, one daughter, Cynthia Townsend, one brother, Gordon Sanders, two sisters, Lillie Mae Thompson and Gertrude Sanders.

She is survived by a daughter, Sandra Halliburton (Scott) of Horn Lake, Mississippi, three sons, Authur "Randy" Brisendine (Myra) of Pueblo, Colorado, Andrew Brisendine of Southaven, Mississippi, Ralph Duane Brisendine (Nikki) of Olive Branch, Mississippi, a son-in-law, Brent Townsend of Camden, two sisters, Helon Smith of Teoc, Mississippi, Willie Gregory (Farris) of Fulton, Mississippi, two brothers, Tommy Sanders (Joyce) of Bartlett, and Anthony Sanders (Nancy) of Clarksdale, Mississippi.  She also leaves fourteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
