Mrs. Clara Mae Webb 96, of Westport, Tennessee passed away Thursday, October 18, 2012 at the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, October 21, 2012 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Barr Springs Cemetery. Bro. Fred Ward will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Saturday from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday from 9:00 AM until time of service.

Pallbearers who will serve are her grandsons; Clinton Kee, Craig Webb, Freddy Webb, David Webb, Mark Webb and Michael Webb. Honorary Pallbearers who will serve are her great grandsons Terry Webb, Rob McDaniel, Reid Mullins, Geoffery Kee, Adam Crouse, Jeremy Crouse, Peyton Gates, Preston Gates, Jay Pierce and Jamie Webb.

Mrs. Webb was born May 21, 1916 in Carroll County, Tennessee to the late Homer W. Reed and Malinda (Harris) Reed. She was a retired inspector for the Henry I. Siegel Company and she was a member of the Westport Missionary Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by her husband; Fred W. Webb, a grandson; Jeff Webb, daughter in law; Clara Jane Webb and two brothers; Paul Reed and Aaron Reed.

She is survived by two daughter; Dorothy Jarrett (husband Desmond) of Camden, Becky Kee (husband L.T.) of Huntingdon, five sons; Russell Webb (wife Martha) of Lexington, James Webb of Bruceton, Gaylon Webb (wife Betty Sue) of Huntingdon, Joe Webb (wife Sybil) of Westport and Jimmy Webb of Yuma. She also leaves fifteen grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren.
