Mrs. Claudine Morgan, 100 of McKenzie, Tennessee passed away Thursday, November 28, 2019 at the Baptist Hospital in Huntingdon.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home.  Bro. Jason Jackson will be officiating the service.  Interment will follow in Union Academy Cemetery.

Pallbearers who will serve are Tim Hilliard, Taylor Hilliard, Grant Hilliard, Charles Seaton, Frankie Welch, and John Merritt.  Honorary pallbearer will be Eddie Granger.

The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Saturday from 9:30 AM until time of service.

Mrs. Morgan was born April 17, 1919 in McKenzie, Tennessee, to the late Porter Coleman and Felma Barker Coleman.  She worked for Basler Electric as a factory worker and a member of Union Academy Missionary Baptist Church.  She was also preceded in death by her husband; Will Morgan, two sisters; Grace Fuller, Louise Merritt, nephew; Phillip Merritt, and great-nephew; Mitchell Merritt.

She is survived by two nieces; Joyce Cannon (Carl Ray) of Huntingdon, Rita Weissman (Bruce) of Florida.  She also leaves five great nieces and nephews; Teri Hilliard (Tim), Tameka Granger (Eddie), John Merritt (Brenda), Alex Weissman, Jacob Weissman and many great-great nieces and nephews.
