Obituary

Mr. Curry Earnest Loggains, 86 of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Sunday, May 23, 2021 at the Baptist Carroll County Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Jackie Smith officiating. Interment will follow in New Independence Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Tuesday from 11:00 AM until time of the service.

Pallbearers who will serve are Hayden Savage, West Loggains, Adam Burke, Joshua Stiles, Ryan Kee and Dale Kee. Honorary pallbearer who served was Jason Michael Loggains.

Mr. Loggains was born May 1, 1935 in Harrisburg, Arkansas to the late Huey Victor Loggains and Lou Ella (Noah) Loggains. He was a Navy Veteran, a retired welder for the Parker Hanafin Company and a member of New Independence Church.  Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Willie Mae Baker Loggains; one daughter, Mary Lou Loggains, three sisters, Celia Shuck, Jessamae Baldwin, Marie Scott, four brothers, Grover Loggains, Dewey Loggains, Shirley Loggains, J.W. Loggains, Robert Loggains, Leroy Loggains, Kenneth Loggains, and Floyd Loggains.

He is survived two daughters, Lee Ann Lovelace (John) of Moscow, Carla Ledsinger (Tim) of Huntingdon, three sons, Eugene Loggains (Ramona), Steve Kee (Karen), and Joe Loggains (Denise), all of Huntingdon.  He also leaves thirteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
