Cyajsa Nicole Lynn Isaac, 6 months old, passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at the Henry County Medical Center.

Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at 12:00 Noon at Parkers Chapel Cemetery with Bro. James Travis officiating.

The family will receive friends at Chase Funeral Home on Saturday, November 19, 2022 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM.

Miss Isaac was born May 6, 2022 in Jackson, Tennessee.

She is survived by her parents, James and Brittany Isaac, four sisters, Choyce Isaac, Zakarea Isaac, Cyanna Isaac, Chayia Isaac (her twin), one brother, Jaleel Isaac Robinson, all of Huntingdon, maternal grandparents, James & Antoinette Johnson of Huntingdon, paternal grandparents, Shevonda Fisher and Link Fisher, Sr., maternal great grandmother, Lynn Powell of Gulfport, Mississippi.  She also leaves two aunts, Shawneice White of Gulfport, Mississippi, Ashley Isaac Tucker of Memphis, two uncles, Jamie Isaac of Memphis, and Tyree Simmons, Sr. (Aeisha) of Clarksville, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
