Mrs. Daisy Mae Johnson, 85, of Clarksburg, Tennessee passed Thursday, November 17, 2016 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, November 21, 2016 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Parkers Chapel Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Monday from 11:00 AM until time of service.

Mrs. Johnson was born to the late Emmitt and Ollie (Parker) Cozart on May 4, 1931. She gave her heart to Christ at an early age at Parkers Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. She was joined in Holy Matrimony to the late Johnnie Lee Johnson on Dec. 23, 1946. She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Lee Johnson and six children.

She leaves to mourn her death a loving sister, Catherine Wilson; a brother, Leon (Gloria) Cozart; her children, Mary (Larry) Arnold, Oscar (Eula Mae) Johnson, Louise (William) Stewart, Diane (Sylvester) Pritchard, Vester Ann (Eddie) Staten, Kimmie K Johnson, Tony (Donna) Johnson, Ricky Johnson, Danny (Diane) Johnson, Cathy (Kerwin) Johnson, Dwayne (Cassandra) Johnson, and Norman Johnson. She also leaves a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
