Mr. Dakota Daniel Sugarek 20, of Buena Vista, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Huntingdon.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Carroll County Humane Society.
Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, March 8, 2015 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Pastor Mark Carrigan will officiate the service.
The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Saturday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday from 12:00 PM until time of service.
Mr. Sugarek was born April 10, 1994 in Memphis, Tennessee. He graduated from the Tennessee School for the blind in 2013 and was a member of the Huntingdon First United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his father and mother, David Sugarek of Buena Vista and Janet Lincoln of Memphis; three half-sisters, Casea Morquecho, Brandi Baca both of Memphis, and Ashley Cossey of Heber Springs, Arkansas; two half-brothers, J.T. Lincoln and Junior Lincoln both of Memphis; maternal grandmother, Kaye Mahar of San Antonio, Texas and a special friend, Santa Kirby of Westport.
