Mr. Dannie Lee Pritchard 77, of Camden, Tennessee, formerly of McLemoresville, passed away Friday, December 5, 2014 at the Camden General Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, December 7, 2014 at 2:00PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Carter's Chapel Cemetery. Bro. Lynn Stapleton will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in the Cherry wood Room on Saturday from 5:00PM until 9:00PM and on Sunday, from 9:00AM until time of service.

Pallbearers who will serve are John Newsome Sr., Michael Pritchard, T.D. Holland, Herb Murphy, Jason Fields, and Jimmy Pritchard. Honorary Pallbearers are John Newsome Jr., Joe Boyd, Randy Powers, Eddie Carroll, and Kyle Rumley.

Mr. Pritchard was born August 25, 1937 in Carroll County, Tennessee to the late Freddie Leon Pritchard and Dannie Lucille (Carroll) Pritchard. He was a retired water maintenance and electrician for the Milan Arsenal, a lifelong member if the Carroll County Rescue Squad, a retired Reserve Deputy, and member of the McLemoresville Volunteer Fire Department. He is also preceded in death by his first wife, Rita Pritchard, one sister, Francis Martin, one brother, Harold Dwayne Pritchard, and his step-father, Buck Welch.

He is survived by his wife, Virginia Fry, two daughters, Geneva Rumley (husband Terry) of Huntingdon, Tammy Pritchard of McLemoresville, and step-daughter, Norma Jean Allen of Sparta, TN, one son, Bubba Pritchard (wife Tina) of Huntingdon, two step-sons, Timothy and Lloyd Pryor, both of Camden, and one brother, Ray Pritchard (wife Linda) of Douglas, Georgia. He also leaves four grandchildren, Kyle and Kara Rumley; Michael and Rachel Pritchard; and four step-grandchildren, Hope Melanie, Pauletta, and Heather.
