Mrs. Betty Darlene Walker, 85, of Hollyleaf, Tennessee, passed away Friday, April 4, 2025, at her home.

Funeral Services will be conducted in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. with Bro. Don McCurley officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Green Cemetery.

The family will receive Friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Saturday from 11:00 A.M. until Time of service.

Mrs. Darlene Was born on December 13, 1939 to the late Willie and Miller (Argo) Walker. She worked at H.I.S. as a seamstress. She was preceded in death by five brothers, Bobby Walker, Billy Walker, Tommy Walker, Robert Walker, John Earl Walker and five sisters, Diane Gee, Peggy Bateman, Juanita Tate, Louise Curtis, Faye Akins.

She is Survived by two nieces who were her caregivers, Lisa Kapeller (Arthur) and Tina Kelly (Jimmy) both of Trezvant, two sisters, Onaria Akins of Bradford, Willodean Long of Trezevant, she also leaves behind many nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews, who were like her grandchildren.
