Mr. Darrell Lynn Eskew, 86 of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Friday, April 27, 2012 surrounded by his family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at 10:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Sellers Hill Cemetery. Eld. Dale Price will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in the Cherry Wood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Monday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Tuesday from 8:00 AM until time of services.

Mr. Eskew was born August 3, 1925 in Huntingdon, Tennessee to the late George Everett Eskew and Florence (Wiles) Eskew. He was a retired machinist for the Parker Hannifin Company and a member of the Chickasaw Church of Christ. He was also preceded in death by his wife Carol Ann Eskew, one son, Scott Darrell Eskew, one brother, Justin Eskew and one sister, Virgie Lou McMinn.

He is survived by one daughter, Melanie Anderson (husband Christopher) of Placentia, California, one son, Gary E. Eskew (wife Shonda) of Huntingdon, four sisters, Mildred Walls (husband Carlton) of Knoxville, Joyce Crider of Paris, Jewel Simpson and Jane Callison (husband Bob) both of Huntingdon, three brothers, George Eskew (wife Evon), Gaylon Eskew (wife Elanor), and Robert Wayne Eskew (wife Jean) all of Huntingdon. He also leaves two grandsons, Caden Anderson, Dustin Anderson, two step grandchildren, Brittany Anderson, Cameron Anderson, and one step great grandson.
