Mr. David Adam Jackson, 27, of Cedar Grove, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, September 10, 2015 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Bro. Jason Jones will officiate the service.

The family will receive in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Thursday from 8:00 AM until time of service.

Mr. Jackson was born March 28, 1988 in Jackson, Tennessee. He was an electrician for Nornada and a member of the Pleasant Hill Methodist Church. He loved hunting, fishing, and also working on his and his Father's cattle farm. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, James Jackson and his maternal grandfather, E. W. Smith.

He is survived by his parents, Keith and Teresa Jackson of Cedar Grove; one brother, Jeremy Jackson (wife Keisha) of Dickson; Paternal grandmother, Verlan Jackson; maternal grandmother, Mary Smith both of cedar grove; his girlfriend, Jessica Murphy of Milan; two uncles, Mark Jackson (wife Teresa), Tim Smith (Sheila), and one aunt, Paula Rogers (husband Brain). He also leaves one niece, Kate Jackson and one nephew, Sawyer Jackson.
