Mrs. Delores "Jody" Diane Tejeda, 71, passed away Friday, July 3, 2020 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Larry DePriest and Bro. Garry Denning officiating.  Interment will follow in Seller's Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Tuesday from 11:00 AM until time of service.

Pallbearers who will serve are Don Stafford, Willie Stafford, Tim Johnson,

Mrs. Tejeda was born August 3, 1948 in Sheffield Alabama, to the late Samuel Roy and Carrie Ella (Hamm) Stafford.  She was a homemaker and a member of Tate's Pentecostal Church.  She was also preceded in death by one sister, Christine Cavera, four brothers, Oneal Stafford, Harold Stafford, Roger Stafford, and Joseph Anthony Stafford.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Fidel George Tejeda, two sisters, Glynda Denning, Connie Patterson, two brothers, Donald Stafford and Willie Stafford.
