Mrs. Jennifer Diane Douglas, 77 of Bruceton, Tennessee passed away Saturday, October 21, 2023 at the Ascension St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville.

Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at 2:00 PM at New Prospect Cemetery with Bro. Roger Cooper officiating.

The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Tuesday from 12:00 Noon until 1:30 PM.

Mrs. Douglas was born July 9, 1946 in Apalachicola, Florida, to the late Mayo and Effie Weatherington.  She was a homemaker and was a member of Mt. Nebo Baptist Church. Other than her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, of 58 years, William Clint Douglas, three sisters, and one brother.

She is survived by one daughter, Susie Deeter (Ben) of Huntingdon, two sons, Steve Douglas (Tammy) of Hollow Rock, Shannon Douglas of Bruceton, two sisters, Earline Dempsey of Carrabelle, Florida, and Joyce Wells of Quincy, Florida. She also leaves one granddaughter, Jade Newton (Justin) of Paris, one grandson, Justin Deeter of Huntingdon.
