Mrs. Donna Diane Acosta 67, of Yuma, Tennessee passed away Thursday, July 31, 2014 at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Huntingdon.
Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, August 3, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Bro.Garry Denning will officiate the service.
The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Sunday from 11:00 AM until time of service.
Mrs. Acosta was born March 25, 1947 in Oak Park, Illinois. She was a homemaker and she loved her animals. She was preceded by death by a daughter, Dawn Leprich and a sister Vicky Johnson.
She is survived by her husband of 11 years Horacio Acosta of Yuma; one daughter, Kim Rees (husband Ryan) of Belvidere, Illinois and one brother, Steve Grassman of Illinois. She also leaves five grandchildren, Michelle Anderson, Stephanie Cairo, and Jennifer Cairo, Steven Rees and Kristin Leprich and four great grandchildren.
