Mrs. Dorothy Jean McKee, 88 of Yuma, Tennessee passed away Monday, March 20, 2017 at her home.

Funeral services will conducted on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery. Bro. Mike McKee will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Wednesday after 5:00 PM and on Thursday from 8:00 AM until time of service.

Pallbearers who will serve are Lynn Breeden, Ronnie Breeden, Jerry Dale Gooch, Jeremy Gooch, Tommy Moody, and Joe Breeden.

Mrs. McKee was born December 12, 1928 in Carroll County, Tennessee to the late Leon and Burline (Bolen) Gooch. She was a retired Nurse, a long time member of the Highland Park Baptist Church and New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harold McKee; two brothers, Grover Bolen Gooch and James Robert Gooch; a nephew, Gary Gooch.

She is survived by a niece, Leanne Pritchard (Ward) of Yuma; two great nieces, Kelli Noles (Nick) of Huntingdon and Kennedy Pritchard of Yuma. She also leaves a devoted caregiver, Carolyn McGuire, a longtime friend and neighbor, Betty Todd, and beloved dog, Tiger.
