Mrs. Dorothy Gill Scott, 78, of Huntingdon, passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at her home.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 AM Monday, July 15, 2024 at West Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery at Parkers Crossroads with Bro. Mickey Lewis officiating.

Mrs. Scott was born May 11, 1946, in Huntingdon, to the late Murray and Ruth Hilliard Gill. She worked in banking administration and was a member of the Huntingdon First United Methodist Church. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Ann Waggonner, a brother, Thomas Gill, and a son, Bobby Scott.

She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Robert Scott, two daughters, Cathy Lewis (Mickey) and Angela Sanders, both of Huntingdon, one son, Mike Sanders, of Bells, three grandchildren Kelli Smith (Riley) Kelsey Sanders, and Leah Sanders, and two great-grandchildren, Laiken and Libby.
