Dorothy Mae Wilson's Obituary
Mrs. Dorothy Mae Wilson, 89, of Huntingdon, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, September 1, 2016 at her home.
Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 3:00 PM in the Christian Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
Pallbearers who will serve are Robert Gammill, Clayton Waddell, Dayton Campbell, Lynn Smothers, Dan Smothers and Ronnie Ashby.
Mrs. Wilson was born March 18, 1927 in Carroll County, Tennessee to the late Granville Williams and Minnie (Black) Williams. She retired from Publix Shirt Corp., was a member of the Christian Chapel Church of Christ and was an avid Gardener. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Wilson; one son, Randall Wilson; two brothers, Carlos Williams and Johnny Williams.
She is survived by one granddaughter, Tracy Malone, a daughter-in-law, Shirley Wilson, both of Huntingdon two half sisters, Kathy Ford and Faye Cooper, both of Dyersburg.
