Mrs. Dorthy Hedgepath, 77, of Cedar Grove, TN passed away Friday, December 23, 2016 at her home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Buena Vista. Bro. Philip Halter will officiate the service.

Pallbearers who will serve are Travis Rich, Grey Walton, Nathan Rich, Terry Hedgepath, Allen Kee, and Greg Hammett. Honorary pallbearers were Derreld Robison and Trent Sellers.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Monday after 4:00 pm and on Tuesday from 8:00 am until time of service.

Mrs. Hedgepath was born September 24, 1939 in Carroll County, Tennessee to the late J. D. and Mable (Stanford) Wood. She was a homemaker and a member of New Liberty Missionary Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Hedgepath.

She is survived by two daughters, Sharon Bridget Hedgepath of Hurricane Mills, Lisa Rich (husband Danny) of Huntingdon, two sisters, Peggy Jean Kee of Huntingdon and Judy Diana Spicer of Cedar Grove. She also leaves four grandchildren, Travis Rich (wife Robyn), Grey Walton, Tara Walton, and Nathan Rich and one great-grandson, Gabriel Walton.
