Ms. Edna Faye Blankenship, 89 of Clarksburg, Tennessee, passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at her home.

Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Friday, October 1, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Hampton Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home Thursday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Friday from 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon.

Pallbearers who will serve are Jonathan Blankenship, Zachary Blankenship, Caleb Blankenship, Tim Chaney, Sam Chaney, and Ansley Blankenship.  Honorary pallbearers will be Carl Perry and Ben Perry.

Ms. Blankenship was born April 17, 1932 to the late Zelmer Ray McDaniel and Hattie (Meggs) McDaniel.  She worked at Publix Shirt Corporation as a Seamstress.  Other than her parents, she was also preceded in death by one daughter, Vicky Wilkes, two sisters, Pearl Davis, Juanita Frantz, one brother, Ted McDaniel, and one half-sister, Willie Powers.

She is survived by one daughter, Judy Perry of McKenzie, two sons, Rick Blankenship (Annette), Randy Blankenship (Regina), and one brother, Ray McDaniel (Patsy), all of Huntingdon.  She also leaves eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
