Mrs. Elsie Mae Moore, 82 of Cedar Grove, Tennessee passed away Saturday, January 7, 2017 at her home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Elder Davis William will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Wednesday after 5:00 PM and on Thursday from 9:00 AM until time of service.

Mrs. Moore was born April 3, 1934 in Cedar Grove, Tennessee to the late Odom and Lily Inez Stanford. She was a retired Home Health Nurse and a member of the Leach Seventh Day Adventist Church. She was also preceded in death by her husband; Garland Moore; a grandson, Jessie Allen Branch; a sister, Cora Sue Ashley; a brother, Leonard Dewayne Stanford; a niece Beverly Jean Bray.

She is survived by two daughters, Delilah Mae Branch of Dyersburg and Shelly Lyvers (Bill) of Rock Ledge, Florida; one step daughter, Dawn Thomas of Huntingdon; one son, Bucky Moore (Misty); one step son, Doug Fry, both of Cedar Grove. She also leaves seven grandchildren, Tommy Branch, Santana Moore, Alex Selby, Sarah Selby, Lily Moore, Kingston Buddie, and Jai Buddie; one great grandchild, Justin Allen Branch; and nieces and nephews, Jody Blankenship of Medina, Duke Moore , Tommy Dean Moore, Goldie Hairrell, and Travis Patterson all of Cedar Grove.
