Ms. Ethel Verdell Holland 96, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Monday, March 30, 2015 at the Huntingdon Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Christian Chapel Cemetery. Bro. Dan Winkler will officiate the service.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Wednesday from 8:00 AM until time of service.

Pallbearers who will serve are great grandsons Andrew Maddox, Murray Butler, Joseph Butler, Thomas Butler, Collin Pruett, and Kenneth Pruett.

Ms. Holland was born November 14, 1918 in Carroll County, Tennessee to the late Virgil and Florence (Kelly) Kee. She was retired from Publix Shirt Company and a member of the Huntingdon Church of Christ. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Odell Little, second husband, Onnie Dill, and third husband, Ocie Holland; one grandson, Jeffery Douglas; nine brothers and one sister.

She is survived by two daughters, Marilyn Pruett (husband Howard) of Huntingdon and Odene Douglas (husband John) of Lexington; one step son, Bobby Joe Dill (wife Sylvia) of Huntingdon; one sister, Leota Baker of Huntingdon. She also leaves three grandchildren, Jennifer Butler, Julia Maddox, and Michael Pruett, eight great grandchildren, and ten great great grandchildren.
