Mrs. Etna Maxine Lowe, 82 of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Thursday, August 27, 2015 at her home.

Graveside services will be conducted on Friday, August 28, 2015 at 5:00 PM at the New Independence Cemetery. Bro. Wayne Burton will officiate the service.

Mrs. Lowe was born on August 14, 1933 in Tampa, Florida to the late Manuel and Lillie May (Bryan) Thomas. She was a homemaker, made ceramics and helped on the farm. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Lillie Ann Lowe; an infant son; one brother, Milton Thomas; one sister, Darlene Thomas.

She is survived by four daughters, Sunserra Springer of Huntingdon, Matessa Harwell (Larry), Debbie Moates both of Plant City, Florida, and Mary Ann Shattuck of Huntingdon. She also leaves eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
