Mrs. Flora Ollita Kelly, 85 of Cedar Grove, Tennessee passed away Saturday, May 19, 2012 at the NHC Healthcare in Milan, Tennessee.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, May 21, 2012 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral. Interment will follow in the Seventh Day Adventist Cemetery. Bro. Ernest Ray Pounds will officiate the service.

Pallbearers who will serve are John Kelly, Joe Kelly, Kelly Keen, Patrick Lindsey, Michael Church, Jacob King, Hunter Lindsey, Peyton Lindsey, and Trevor Keymon.

The family will received friends in the Cherry Wood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Sunday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Monday from 8:00 AM until time of service.

Mrs. Kelly was born April 4, 1927 to the late Charlie M. and Eddie L. (Montgomery) Pendergrass in Cedar Grove, Tennessee. She was a member of the Obion Church of Christ, retired from Publix Shirt Corp as a production worker and enjoyed quilting and gardening. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Ernest Dwayne Kelly, who died March 16, 2012, one sister, Lois Fuller Baumgardner, four brothers, James A. "Mutt" Pendergrass, Larry Wayne Pendergrass, L. R. "Ham" Pendergrass, and Henry Pendergrass.

She is survived by two daughters; Judy Keen (husband Mickey) of Jackson, Gail Keel (husband David) of Huntingdon, two sons; Doyle Kelly (wife Janis) of Macon, Georgia and Dean Kelly (wife Stephanie) of Cedar Grove, one sister, Flossie Meals of Cedar Grove. She also leaves ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
