Mrs. Flossie Adlaid Meals, 93, of Cedar Grove, Tennessee passed away Friday, June 2, 2023 at NHC Milan.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Doug Sellers officiating.  Interment will follow in Hickory Flat Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home on Tuesday from 9:00 AM until time of service.

Mrs. Meals was born May 28, 1930 in Cedar Grove, Tennessee, to the late Charlie and Eddie (Montgomery) Pendergrass.  She worked at Publix Shirt Corporation and was a member of Christian Chapel Church of Church.  She loved to travel.  Other than her parents, she was also preceded in death by husband of 48 years, Charlie Meals, one grandson, Charlie Kethal Hames, four brothers, and two sisters.

She is survived by two daughters, Doris Brown. Diane Hames (Kethal), both of Cedar Grove, one son, Ricky Meals (Lisa) of Huntingdon.  She also leaves two grandsons, Joshua Meals (Alex), Russell Meals, five great-grandchildren, Walker Meals, Jackson Meals, Emersyn Meals, Emery Meals, and Ryker Meals.
