Mrs. Frances Churchwell, 83, of Huntingdon, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at Baptist Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, December 12, 2020 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Alex Hilliard officiating. Interment will follow in Humbles Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Friday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Saturday from 9:00 AM until time of service.

Pallbearers to serve are Jonathan Carroll, Chance Carlton, Jacob Churchwell, Kris Hunley, Bobby Kirk and Corbin Mitchell.

Honorary pallbearers to serve are Joe Smothers, Billy Christian, Harold Vaughn and Brady Carroll, Alex Arnold, Taylor Arnold, Jaidynn Lowrance, Kent Wilson, and Kurt Wilson.

Mrs. Churchwell was born August 21, 1937 in Juno, Tennessee the daughter of the late Otis Franklin Wilson and Esther Louella (Cook) Wilson. She was a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church since 1957 and was the Church Treasurer for over forty years. She was also preceded in death by her husband, of 58 years, Bobby Joe Churchwell and four brothers, Frank Wilson, James Wilson, Johnny Wilson and Billy Wilson.

She is survived by two daughters, Lisa Hilliard (Gerry) and Robbie Carlton (Tim); two sons, Robert Churchwell (April) and James Churchwell (Debbie) all of Huntingdon. She also leaves six grandchildren, Jennifer Arnold (Chad), Jonathan Carroll (Jenny), Jessica Hunley (Kris), Chance Carlton (Samantha), Sara Churchwell (Corbin Mitchell), Jacob Churchwell and nine great grandchildren.
