Mrs. Gail L. Moore, 49 of Westport, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at her home.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home with Bro. Chase Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in Seller's Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers to serve are Philip Moore, Jason Moore, Brian Crum, Jamie Peterson, Jacky Atkinson and Daniel Edwards.

The family will receive friends in the Cherrywood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Friday from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Saturday from 9:00 AM until time of service.

Mrs. Moore was born September 30, 1973 in Huntingdon, Tennessee to Terry Russell Byars and Cynthia (Haywood) Butler, who survive. She was a self-employed medical transcriptionist and a member of Clarksburg Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Bobby Haywood, and paternal grandfathers, Roy Gene Humphrey and John Byars.

She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Ricky Moore, two sons, J.T. Moore and Nate Moore both of Westport, her mother Cynthia Butler (Robert), her father Terry Byars (Katie) both of Clarksburg, maternal grandmother, Evonne Haywood of Huntingdon, paternal grandmother, Bonnie Humphrey of Clarksburg, a sister, Casie Vestal (Jeffery) of Huntingdon, a step-sister, Bonny Millimaki (Ryan) of Nashville, a step-brother Timothy Butler (Shelby) of Nashville.
