Mr. George Turner 74, of Camden, Tennessee passed away Friday, April 10, 2015 at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Huntingdon.

In lieu of the flowers the family asks that donation be made to the Benton County Animal Shelter.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 3:00 PM in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Bethlehem Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the Cherry Wood Room of Chase Funeral Home on Wednesday after 5:00 PM and on Thursday from 8:00 AM until time of service.

Pallbearers who will serve are Josh Beasley, Johnny Arnold, Berry Turner, Brian Guinn, Steve Turner, and Jeffrey Turner.

Mr. Turner was born February 23, 1941 in Carroll County, Tennessee to the late Lewis Riley Turner and Ora B. (Vancleave) Turner. He was a retired truck driver for the Dana Corporation.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Linda Turner; two daughters, Laurie Jordan (husband Joe), Valerie Turner both of Camden; one son, Lt. Col. Michael Turner (wife Melissa) of Marietta, Texas; two sisters, Wilma Turner of South Fulton, Joann Mulcahey of Benton, Kentucky ; two brothers, Harvey Turner (wife Ruth) of Huntingdon and Berry Turner (wife Kim) of South Fulton. He also leaves seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
